New Lady Gaga wax figures

One in Vienna, one in Blackpool (UK), one in Bangkok and the newest one in Tokyo Madame Tussaud's wax gallery, these are the four new Gaga fax figures released after the launch of eight Gaga figures around the World. Now there are 12 Gagas in different Tussaud's' and six galleries are still missing Mother Monsters heavenly appearance immortalized in wax: Dubai, Hamburg, Hot Springs (in Arkansas), Manchester, Moscow and Washington D.C. We'll be waiting... but they start up new galleries very fast!

Viennas Gaga is my favorite of these ones.

A new Lady Gaga wax figure

A New Lady Gaga wax figure has been revealed in Madame Tussauds' waxwork gallery in Bangkok. It is the only Tussauds' featuring Lady Gaga with Her arms in different position than the others (this has the left arm raised a bit, while all others have their both arms on the hips, classic Gaga posture). The figure is from the VMAs 2010 (meat dress).
After Bangkok, there is five Tussauds' which don't yet have Gaga figures: Dubai, Hamburg, Blackpool (England), Moscow and Washington D.C.
We will be waiting... and I'd like to see some costumes form Her music videos (ehym...orbit).

(RAH)² (AH)³ + [ROMA (1+MA)] + (GA)² + (OOH)(LA)²

What creates a mathemathic formula:
(RAH)² (AH)³ + [ROMA (1+MA)] + (GA)² + (OOH)(LA)²
=Want your Bad Romance?

RAH, AH, ROMA, and MA doesn't mean anything, but Ga, O (from Ooh) and La are symbols of real chemical elements:

Ga = Gallium
O = Oxygen
La = Lanthanum

Everybody knows oxygen, it's in the air we breath, but Gallium and Lanthanum may be stranger to public. Gallium is a silver-white metal which does not occur in nature, but it can be separated from other metals. Lanthanum is also a silver-white metal, which can be found in some rare-earth minerals.

Oxygen
Gallium
Lanthanum

What would the formula of these chemical elements create then?

(GA)² + (O)(LA)² = 2 parts of Gallium + 1 part of Oxygen + 2 parts of Lanthanum
= Gallium lanthanum oxide (or digallium dilanthanum oxide?) = Ga2OLa

Molar mass (molecular weight) of Ga2OLa2 is 433.2566 g/mol

Elemental composition of Ga2OLa2 :
SymbolElementAtomic weightNumber of atomsMass percent
GaGallium69.7231232.1856 %
OOxygen15.9994313.6928 %
LaLanthanum138.905477264.1216 %

Here you can buy those elements:

Gallium crystals
10 grams - € 28 = $41
Gallium crystals
25 grams - € 58 = $84
Gallium crystals
50 grams - € 98 = $142
Gallium ingot
100 grams - € 158 = $229
Gallium bar
1000 grams - € 1348 = $1958

Lanthanum: http://www.newmetalsandchemicals.com/metals/detailed_index_of_materials_3.asp?ID1=336

Ref no: 1148
Element: LANTHANUM (III) OXIDE
Purity: 99.9%
Hazard: Irritant

100g - £17.50 = 19€ = $28
500g - £37.50 = 42€ = $60
1kg - £68 = 75€ = $110

Lanthanum oxide is already combined with oxygen.

You can try the formula yourself by buying the elements and combining them. But be careful with Lanthanum, since it's irritant element. Protect your hands with gloves while handling it. Galliums melting point is very low, so it will melt on your hand. Combine the metals and add oxygen by lighting up the elements, since burning is a chemical reaction when element combines with oxygen.
Warning, the mixture can explode, and it can be toxic, irritant and harmful. Be careful. Don't eat it.

Five more video games Lady Gaga should be in

Aticle by Doug Ross, CNN:

The costumes? The theatrics? The fantastical storylines?
We say "Farmville" should be just the beginning for Lady Gaga.

The news that Lady Gaga has inspired an online game, "GagaVille," has got us thinking: Let's face it -- Gaga already sort of is a video game character.
The flashy costumes. The fantasy story lines. The monsters. The ... uh ... sparkling unicorns. ("Robot Unicorn Attack," anyone?)
I mean, check out this dialogue from the extended"Born This Way" video:
"This is the manifesto of Mother Monster. On G.O.A.T, a Government Owned Alien Territory in space, a birth of magnificent and magical proportions took place ... . But on that same day, as the eternal mother hovered in the multiverse, another more terrifying birth took place -- the birth of Evil."
That sounds to us like it could be the interstitial chat from a fantasy role-playing game or futuristic first-person shooter.
Love her or hate her, you have to admit that it was just a matter of time before Gaga made her way into the video-game world.
So it finally happened. But ... "FarmVille"?
The offbeat pop star and Zynga -- makers of the social game everyone on Facebook seems to either love or love to hate -- announced that "GagaVille" will launch May 17 as a section of "FarmVille."
Visitors will be able to listen to new songs, win concert tickets and earn special virtual goods.
That's all well and good. But we can't help thinking that She of the Meat Dress has lots more video-game potential than just giving folks a break from harvesting digital crops.
So here are five ideas for other video-game franchises Lady Gaga could invade.

1. "Angry Birds"
As ridiculously addictive games go, "FarmVille" is so 2009. These days, it's all about "Angry Birds."
Why not turn Gaga into one of the vengeful birds who hurtle through the air, smashing what we can only imagine are a bunch of narrow-minded, hateful pigs?
Seems like she'd be into that. Plus, she probably has plenty of outfits with feathers.
Replacing that stupid, green boomerang bird with a flying Gaga would also give haters ample opportunity to make jokes about her "beak." (Don't blame us for the hate -- a Google search for "Lady Gaga" and "nose" returns 13.5 million pages).

2. "Metroid: Other M"
Samus Aran, protagonist of the "Metroid" series, is a soldier turned bounty hunter who was raised by aliens and can magically transform into a big, rolling, metallic ball.
Lady Gaga is a pop star turned cultural icon who was raised in New York and can transform into a 2011 version of Madonna.
Close enough.
Both have played roles in gender politics: Samus by being one of the first female main characters in video games and Gaga through her activism and lyrics.
The wardrobe is a factor here. Samus' Power Armor would look right at home onstage at a Gaga concert.

3. "Portal"
Listen to the spoken-word monotone Lady Gaga uses in her videos and stage show and it's not that big of a leap to GlaDOS, the delightfully malicious artificial-intelligence program that "helps" you through the puzzles in the "Portal" games.
Plus, they already have very similar dialogue:
GlaDOS: "I've been really busy being dead. You know ... after you murdered me ... . But I think we can put our differences behind us. For science. You monster."
Gaga: "He ate my heart. That little monster."
Let her narrate GlaDOS's next outing, and even the most diehard Gaga-hater won't miss a beat.

4. "Bayonetta"
Take a look at that photo below. There's virtually no adaptation needed here.
Gaga sort of already is a character from "Bayonetta."
Last year's outing from Platinum Games and Sega features a flashily attired witch who fights with everything from magic spells to chainsaws to her own hair.
The game is set in a fantastical quasi-Europe where angels, devils, witches and warlocks abound.
If there's a sequel, we think Gaga would fit right in.

5. "Kingdom of Loathing"
This text-based, tongue-in-cheek MMORPG (massively multi-player online role-playing game) might seem a weird fit for Gaga.
But it's the only game we can think of where you can make your own outfit out of meat. That's right, meat. Because that's how "Kingdom of Loathing" rolls.
The game's already chock full of pop-culture references.
And who knows? It's a big Kingdom. There may already be a secret Gaga lair where the queen and her "monsters" rip apart your poorly armored stick figure with meat weapons (yep, you can make those too) and socially relevant lyrics.

This would be so great! I have already thought about Metroid movie and Lady Gaga playing Samus. I even made a poster for it in Illustrator but unfortunately the file was lost when they reinstalled operating systems in my schools computers without warning (actually just to my computer!). Maybe I'll make it again someday. And maybe on real paper this time.
But now I made pictures of each these five games, with Gaga in them, enjoy:

House of Gaga

When Lady Gaga goes to Hollywood, She lives in this house. Rented in the hills above Bel-Air for $25 000 a month! The house has six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, marble and expensive woods, big gourmet kitchen and enormous pool on the outside.

Closet (certainly not Gagas clothes in the picture!). I wonder does Her costumes fit in here?

New Lady Gaga wax figure

One more Lady Gaga wax figure has just been revealed in Madame Tussauds wax gallery in Vienna. At Friday, 1st of April 2011, a new Madame Tussauds wax gallery was opened and it features a new figure of Lady Gaga. The waxwork is a recreation of the red carpet Grammy’s outfit that Gaga wore in 2010.
Now She has 9 wax figures around the World. The last ones were in London, New York, Las Vegas, Hollywood, Berlin, Amsterdam, Shanghai and Hong Kong. Still six Tussauds' don't have Gaga figures: Bangkok (it has later got two!), Dubai, Hamburg, Blackpool (England), Moscow and Washington D.C.
This is how the figures are made:

Lady Gaga Books

Many biographies of Gaga has been already written. Non of Herself yet, but someday... And there's Book of Gaga!

Book of Gaga
★★★★★

Lady Gaga: Queen of Pop / Behind the Fame
Unauthorized biography of Lady Gaga by Emily Herbert. It has "Behind the Fame"-name in UK and US.

Poker Face: The Rise and Rise of Lady Gaga
★★★★★
Unauthorized biography of Lady Gaga by Maureen Callahan. In some countries it's called only Lady Gaga, or Lady Gaga: Poker Face. I've read it and it's the best Gaga biography I've read. It gives many pieces of information not well known before. This biography's biggest flaw is, like every other Gagabiography by date, that it's unauthorized, meaning that Gaga Herself is not telling anything in the book. The writer has interviewed over fifty people who know Gaga, but mostly people who don't like Her anymore. They are bitter of Her success and claim that they created Her. Anyway this book gives many interesting points of view, might they be truth or jealous aspersion.
US cover, UK cover, Finnish cover, Spanish cover. I think they are so.

Gaga
By Johnny Morgan.
Highlights:
  • Includes previously unpublished images from Gaga’s youth
  • Special feature spreads highlight the Gaga Gods and Goddesses who have inspired her look and music

Just Dance: The Biography
★★★★☆
The first biography (but unauthorized) of Lady Gaga by Helia Phoenix. I've read this and it's quite good. Almost all the pictures (20 picture pages) I had seen already, but not all. And it gives some interesting information about Lady Gagas youth.

Lady Gaga (Blue Banner Biography)
Unauthorized biography of Lady Gaga by Heidi Krumenauer.

Lady Gaga movies

That day we'll wait! To see Her acting in a real movie. But for now She has taken some part in several movies and tv-series.

Lady Gaga acting Herself in TV-series
Gossip Girl, season 3, episode 10: Last Days of Disco Stick (2009)
This is better video, but distribution were forbidden: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=luXJcFtbN3A

The Hills

MTV Boiling Points

Lady Gaga acting a role in TV-series
TheSopranos, season 3, episode 9: The Telltale Moozadell (2001) as: Girl at Swimming Pool #2
Gaga was 15 years old back then.

Lady Gagas music performed in TV-series
Glee, episode: Theatricality (2010)

Lady Gagas music featured in movies
Confessions of a shopaholic (2009), features: Fashion
Gaga wrote Fashion for the movie.

Gulliver's Travels (2010), features: Bad Romance
I didn't even noticed the song when I watched this movie. I guess it was in the end of it. Quite fun comedy, but don't have to watch it because of Bad Romance.

Gnomeo and Juliet (2011), features: Hello, Hello
Elton John (and Gaga?) wrote that song for the movie and performed it together.

Puss In Boots (2011), features Americano
A great use of Americano in this movie!

Lady Gaga played by other in movies
Lady Gaga appeared in Vampires Suck, a Twilight movie parody from the makers of Scary Movie and other parodies. She was played by Heather Lamb. Although She appeared just for seconds and the actor wasn't even credited for it, but still. Lady Gaga joke in a movie, best part of that film obviously! You don't have to watch the movie, since the joke can be seen in it's trailer anyway:

Lady Gaga in James Bond
That would be so nice! And may even happen soon! Lady Gaga might make the theme song for the next James Bond movie, which is said to be released in 9 November 2012. The filming will start this year. Gaga can't write the song before the film is given a name.
That is so cool! Bond movies have always been one of my favorite movies, especially I like the newest ones with Daniel Craig, and I love the theme songs as well. Gaga making a theme song to a Bond-movie is like my dreams come true! And Madonna has made a theme song for Bond-movie before (Die Another Day, but that's horrible, only bad theme song in the series, what the producer of it might have been thinking?), so I'm sure Gaga wan't so make a Bond-song too. And Madonna appeared in the movie too, so there's a possibility that Gaga might be in the new movie! That would totally blow my mind! Gaga would be perfect Bond-girl, and her name is just right with the company of Honey Riders and Pussy Galores.
From a British newspaper: "Bond bosses are all huge Gaga fans. Her sound and sense of drama make her the top choice. Gaga has the look as well as the voice to tackle a thundering ballad. She's a great songwriter too. This is perfect on every level."
By the way, accidentally, Gaga has already wrote song called 007 On You. She wrote the song for Esmée Denters in 2008. Here it is for you to listen:

How Lady Gaga get Her name, and what does Gaga really mean?

How Stefani became Lady Gaga?
Before Lady Gaga was Lady Gaga, She used Her real first name Stefani as Her artistic name. The story behind the name Lady Gaga was following: Stefanis then producer and boyfriend Robert "Rob" Fusari started to sung the song Radio Ga Ga by British rock band Queen every day when Stefani entered the recording studio. That was his incoming fanfare for Her. One day in 2004 Fusari wrote "Radio Ga Ga" in a text massage, but his cellphone autocorrected the words to "lady gaga". Fusari texted Stefani and told that he just invented a suitable stage name for Her, and Stefani was very excited. She loved the name, because She had always admired Queen and the name was exactly suitable for Her imago, a little bit funny and crazy, also memorable and simply beautiful. She fell in love with that name so much, that She instantly said that She would never answer to Stefani again. She was 19 of age at that time.

What is the origin of "Gaga"?
Lady Gaga wouldn't probably be Gaga without the Queen song Radio Ga Ga. That song was written by Roger Taylor, the bands drummer. Taylor originally planned to name the song "Radio caca", but fortunately didn't. "Caca" first came to his mind, because his baby son once said something like that. He thought "Radio caca", because he wrote the song to be a commentary against television overtaking radios popularity, and caca would have been suited for this purpose, since Latin verb cacare means "to defecate". But he ended up with the name Radio Ga Ga. Because of that character appearance, Lady Gagas name was at first written "Lady GaGa", but later the second upper case "G" has been changed to lower case. Sometimes "GaGa" still can be seen, especially in non-professional and fake products.

What meanings the word "gaga" has?
In English "gaga" is an old informal word which could mean crazy, infatuated or senile.
In Turkish "gaga" means beak.
In Russian "gága" (гага) means eider (a bird species)
In Hebrew "gaga" (געגע) is a verb meaning to long, to yearn
In the Native american language of the people know as Ho-Chunk (or Winnebago), "gaga" means grandmother.
In Javanese "gaga" means rice.
In Ayatal (a language in Taiwan) "gaga" means "love towars humanity, fellow people and environment".

Why is the name Lady Gaga so good?
Lady Gaga is a perfect name for Lady Gaga! "Gaga", or "ga-ga" are the first words a baby can create when trying to talk. Gaga also means crazy, like when someone is intensely enthusiastic on something, he/she is gaga on it. That works fine with Lady Gagas crazy enthusiastic imago. Gaga-word is also close to go-go, a not-so-sophisticated dancing style Stefani used to do before becoming famous. And Gaga is also similar to "Dada", of neo-classical Dadaism art faction, which Lady Gaga likes very much, with its avant-garde style.
"Lady" is a female equivalent title of "Sir" (in two highest ranks, other female titles are "Dame"), which is granted to knights, by royalties of the worlds monarchies, best known example being the Queen of United Kingdom. And in british monarchy, when someone is knighted, the sir or lady title is used with first name, so Lady Gagas first name would be Gaga, if She would be granted with damehood.
"Lady Gaga" is a lovely, soft sounding word couple, that fits perfectly together giving a little crazy, bizarre and lovable image of the artist. Both the words also have four letters, which makes them very easy to stylish to fine looking logos and other graphically designed things.
